Their growing workforce is focused on providing the highest levels of customer service. This position will play a crucial role in providing important frameworks and laying foundations for continuous improvement and organisational diversification.

Functioning within highly experienced teams, you will be responsible for undertaking analysis around human and business processes as well as developing & delivering change communication solutions. These positions will inherently include stakeholder / change management planning at all levels, cultural development from a change perspective, and extensive communication management duties, including training.

The role produces supporting documentation to assist the project leads, managers and business managers across the group. You will also cover a portfolio of project activity with the primary focus on supporting projects varying in size and complexity. You will make tangible contributions to ensure that employees are enabled to face future challenges and achieve the business outcomes required. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including project teams, impacted stakeholders, and other specialist functions. Prepare and/or review change-related deliverables and documentation to be included in project management documentation. Your role will also involve potentially frequent business travel.

You will have considerable project experience and experience working within changing organisations, ideally within professional services enviroments. You will have strong analytical ability and demonstrable experience in managing competing priorities. Your strong interpersonal and leadership skills will be valued as well as the ability to build strong working relationships, inspiring commitment to the project. Previous experience with ERP implementations and helping create and use change methodologies (Prosci qualified) and tools e.g. business impact assessments, training plans and curricula, communications plan and articles, change network. You will ideally be proficient in PPT, Word, XLS and preferably Sharepoint. Previous experience as a Business Analyst would be helpful.
