An outstanding opportunity has come up for a Director of People & Culture Solutions & HR Service Delivery, to join an iconic organisation and partner with a high performing Executive team. This role will assist in driving corporate service change and innovation to a workforce of over 5,000. The Executive Director People and Culture is seeking a trusted advisor, someone who role models the behaviour and expectations of a senior leader of a people and culture team, and who will operationalise the stated priorities of the People & Culture division.

You will work closely with line mangers to build people management capability across the organisation, striving for operational excellence through the HR service delivery model and solutions team.

You will have a proven track record as an outstanding HR generalist and people leader who has implemented change to transform the HR function to a contemporary business partner model. Your values will align with the public sector and you will be solutions focussed, pragmatic and resourceful, reflecting emotional maturity to operate effectively with limited resources, because you understand the commitment to the frontline.

You will be accustomed to working in a complex environment, reflective of a multi-disciplinary stakeholder group.

In order to be successful, you will have relevant HR tertiary qualifications, demonstrated ability to implement strategy, a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. Previous demonstrated experience will reflect achievements in the areas of HR systems and service delivery, management and leadership development, implementation of cultural initiatives, training and education, as well as evidence that supports proactive ways in building diversity and inclusion into processes and systems.
