This opportunity is at a big international company that is growing rapidly. Reporting to the HR manager you will be responsible for managing the HR administration team. You will make sure the team is working efficient and will implement new strategies if necessary. The team you will be working with is very ambitious and since this role is newly created there are a lot of opportunities to shape the role to your own.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the continuous improvement of the HR admin team
- Coaching and developing employees in the team
- Coordinate the workflow and help out where needed
- Participating in other HR related projects

To be successful in this role you have a minimum of 4 years experience in HR and have worked in a shared service environment as well. You have knowledge of different HRIS, preferably SAP. You are ambitious and love to work in a fast paced environment. Next to this you have a great eye for detail and good stakeholder management skills.
