About the role

There has never been a better time to join this busy and changing HR Delivery Team, as an experienced HR Business Partner. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and skilled individual with proven HR generalist experience to join our team.

Supporting a dedicated client group, you will continue to drive capability, coach and mentor managers, support continuous improvement and people management for this organisation to encourage both innovation and progression. You will partner with the business leaders to develop strategies that will drive cultural development, employee engagement, change and performance management.

About the person

To be successful, you will need to be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in building good relationships with staff, management, unions, and the executive team, as well as be a trusted partner within your client group. In addition, you will need to be flexible, organised, and able to adapt to changing demands as no two days are the same.

As part of delivering this service you will be located in Parramatta or Rydalmere, dependant on your client groups which may be rotated from time to time.

What’s on offer 

We are offering an attractive salary from $104,999 p.a. plus Super. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
