With the New Year right around the corner, this reputable Health Care organisation, has a new opportunity available for a HR Consultant to join their team. This business provides a comprehensive variety of services that aid the community in achieving long-term positive outcomes and opportunities. 
Reporting into the HRBP, the main responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Working with the HRBP to successfully handle sensitive ER and IR matters as required and interpreting EBA’s and awards for stakeholders.
  • Consulting and supporting line managers to provide them with HR best practice insights regarding performance and people management plans, issues and development.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to assist in developing their expertise with regards to recruitment, performance coaching, engagement and other HR initiatives.
  • Revise, streamline, develop and implement policies and procedures in line with current legislation and contemporary HR practices.
This position is a true and varied generalist role with the opportunity to support a passionate client group and indirectly impact the broader community in a positive manner. From employee relations to generalist HR advisory support, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for stakeholders and directly impacting the future culture of the business. To be successful for the role you will offer:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with previous experience working within a fast-paced working environment.
  • A clear understanding and experience managing investigations, following procedural fairness and mitigating risk for the business.
  • A confident, insightful, resilient and collaborative approach to all tasks with the ability to influence others around core HR competencies.
  • The ability to be flexible and work around varying environments and a willingness to travel and work onsite.
