HR Coordinator - Contract

My client, a large construction and infrastructure company, are seeking a HR coordinator. You will be required to assist with the day to day HR responsibilities. To be successful you will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is a 3 month temporary assignment with the potential to be longer term. Located in north-west Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available candidate who has strong compliance and contracts HR experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts and offer letters
  • Ensuring compliance is met and following HR processes
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • First POC for HR queries
  • WHS and fair work act reporting
  • Other ad hoc HR administration and project work

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR coordinator role
  • An understanding of EBA's and experience creating contracts
  • Experience within a construction or engineering company or working with a blue collar based workforce
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow strict compliance
  • Previous safety experience or qualification
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
