About the Role
Reporting into the GM Human Resources, you will take a lead in delivering all aspects of HR and Internal Communications operations, delivering high quality programs of work.

You will have ownership of the entire employee life cycle for a business of circa 70 employees, including talent attraction and management; workplace culture programs; performance, reward and remuneration. In collaboration with the GM HR you will also contribute to the development of strategic HR initiatives, coaching managers and employees on organisational and workplace changes.
From an Internal Communications perspective, you will be responsible for creating a compelling internal communication program and calendar of events to drive employee engagement. Additional projects will include the redesign of the company careers webpage and project managing the roll out of a new intranet.
About You
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated and driven HR Business Partner looking to broaden their experience to include Internal Comms, projects and step up into a 2IC role.
Degree qualified in HR with 5+ years practical HR business partnering experience, you will have a commercial outlook with the ability to think outside the square on HR practices to review what needs to change in HR to drive performance and sustainable workplace culture.

Your strong project management skills will ensure you deliver to meet the needs of the organisation. You will also have strong written communication skills and ability to take a creative approach to the implementation of internal communication programs.
