Your new company

Situated in the south of the Gold Coast and servicing the wider region, this large, multi-faceted organisation provides a range of diverse services to the public. Focused on providing a vibrant, prosperous and sustainable community, the organisation has strong values of leadership and community partnership. They are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager People Reporting and Analytics' to join their team immediately. This role will manage a team of 4 Analysts and will report to the Head of People Shared Services.

Your new role

In this role, you will lead a small team of data analysts, whilst working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and produce/refine reporting across the organisation's workforce.

This will include day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks such as responding to data requests, report production, data monitoring and analysis, and building information capabilities whilst also applying a range of data analysis techniques to identify root causes, underlying emerging trends, and building evidence-based reports and action plans.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate

* Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience in Human Resources Management.
* Strong technical expertise in workforce data reporting and analysis with advanced Excel skills
* Strong working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP
* Ability to produce high quality reports encompassing a variety of different human capital metrics
* Previous experience in a Management role, with demonstrated capability to mentor and develop a medium sized team.
