HR Manager start up job opportunity working for global Media and Creative SME brand in Sydney.

Your new company
Working for a newly launched brand in Australia. Exciting times head in this start up based in central Sydney with a global footprint.

Your new role
Newly created start up opportunity working in an independent HR Manager capacity, taking on responsibility for the design an implementation of all recruitment and HR processes. With 25+ staff in Australia, you will work closely with a creative team and leader, implementing new programs focusing on training and talent development, recruitment, onboarding and talent attraction; employee retention and engagement. In addition you will be hands on operationally and be responsible for HR administration, policies, ER advice, WHS and reporting. With further organic growth, you will have the opportunity to advise and support the business leaders in potential international expansion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a start up expert and have experience of working in fast paced, growth phase start up environments. You will ideally have worked in a Media, Digital, Agency or other creative industry and be happy to work in a stand alone capacity. You will enjoy recruitment and being fully involved in attracting and selecting the best talent for your business. You will be an outgoing, high energy individual who enjoy operational hands on tasks as well as more strategic work, focusing on longer term goals.
