An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join this global client located in Parkville for a year as HR Process Analyst - Process Improvement. You will be evaluating existing processes and improving these processes through application of best practices and applying process improvement methodologies.

The company you will be working for is a global bio therapeutics company with operations in more than 40 nations and over 20,000 employees worldwide. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to partner with the HR Project Manager, the Global Business Owners and Global Process Leads. You will report to the Director of the HR Service Centre. Additionally you will be responsible for updates to existing processes and create new global HR processes. The main area you will focus on is the Asia Pacific market. The Chinese market is growing immensely for the company, so a bit of traveling to China and Japan will be involved in this role. That is why you need to have a great knowledge of the Chinese language as well as English.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Develop innovative solutions, evaluating and improving on policies and processes within

HR that optimize the Global HR functions.

  • Advise Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads on creation of new policies and processes.
  • Organize, collect, record, and transcribe data; provide process and procedural documentation, clearly mapping process activities, decision points and integration with other processes
  • Edit, standardize, or make changes to materials provided by Global Process Leads.
  • Maintain project plan, create status reports and communicate to PMO.
  • Plan, lead and facilitate workshops

The successful candidate will have considerable experience with HR in general, HR Project Management and improving HR business processes using process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or APQC.
