HR Specialist job for a SME based in the CBD. Great culture, good work/life balance and competitive salary.

Your new company
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR professional to become a part of a stable and growing financial services SME based conveniently in the CBD. The position is a full time role and covers a broad range of HR, OHS and OD issues.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with line, you will be responsible for the end to end management of the HR function across Australia with approximately 50 employees. You will manage the full employee life-cycle including recruitment, rem and ben, L&D and employee health and safety. You will also be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team with general office management and administration such as staff event planning, travel arrangement and purchasing.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have good generalist HR experience with an understanding of all facets of HR including labour law and compliance. Strong communication (both verbal and written), a customer-service mindset and the ability to work as part of a team will also be required.
