HR Support Officer

The Role
  • As a member of the HR Service Centre, you will provide the highest quality service to internal and external stakeholders via multiple communication channels.
  • Assist with the onboarding and appointment of new employees by preparing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide Tier 1 support, serving as the single point of contact for employee queries. This will include coordinating with the wider HR Team to provide practical, accurate and timely resolution.
  • Manage organisational structure, units and employee data on Workday.
  • Generate data-driven reports, provide data analysis and insights for a range of core HR processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements within the HR Service Centre workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Team on diverse projects and related activities.
About You
  • Previous experience in a high volume HR environment is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus and drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Sound administration skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook (experience in Workday will be highly regarded).
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR.
