North Queensland based not-for-profit organisation with a long history of providing high quality service to the community. The organisation provides counselling, mediation, family dispute resolution, youth services and community engagement.

Your new role
As the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Officer you will be responsible for managing the HRIS to generate HR reports, dashboards and assist managers to make business decisions using operational HR data. This data will include but is not limited to:

  • Payroll data
  • Employee remuneration data
  • Leave information
  • Employee records and agreements
  • Performance appraisals
  • Professional development records

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated experience in the Human Resources field. To excel in this position you will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong analytical skills as you will be required to analyse and interpret HR statistical data to draw conclusions
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the integrity of the information
  • Communication skills to present findings and translate data
  • Critical thinking to identify trends in the data
  • Experience using HR3 and CONNX is highly regarded
