About the Opportunity
Reporting to the National Manger, you will partner closely with our business leaders to provide human resource advice, support and solutions.

You will:
  • Advise and coach leaders on employee performance issues
  • Conduct disciplinary meetings
  • Investigate and manage complaints
  • Interpret Enterprise Agreements and awards
  • Develop targeted interventions to support business capability plans
  • Embed people and culture initiatives throughout the business.
About you
We're looking for someone who's energetic and positive, and demonstrates the ability to develop productive partnerships with your internal customers.
You will be a true business partner with proven experience in a generalist role, preferably with a mix of blue and white collar industries. You will thrive on working in a fast paced organisation but might be seeking a more meaningful environment.

In this role you won’t be stuck in the office, you will spend a fair amount of time out at our aged care homes so a drivers licence and your own vehicle is preferred.
