About us

MCV is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. 

About the role

The People Services Officer will work as part of a team responsible for managing the operational and strategic people services functions of MCV. 

This position coordinates the administrative processes of the People Services team, provides authoritative advice and support on a range of HR related matters, cultivates positive relationships with internal stakeholders and contributes to People Services process improvements
