A State Government Dept. is expanding their recruitment team for a project looking at attraction and retention

Your new company
A State Government Department is looking to expand their recruitment team for a new project.

Your new role
Using the eRecruit system Springboard, you will conduct a variety of tasks associated to the recruitment process and people matters. These will include but will not be limited to:

  • Writing position descriptions and job adverts
  • Scoring interviews
  • Completing video interviews and evaluating psychometric testing
  • Administer the e-recruitment system, Springboard.
  • Role evaluation
  • Managing secondment cases

You will also advise hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on attraction and retention strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as an internal recruiter dealing with a high volume of cases. You must have a strong administrative background with a proven track record of highly skilled writing that shows your ability to show attention to detail. You will be able to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. You will show initiative towards recruitment related matters and be an involved team member that. It will be important for you to work closely with other teams and maintain excellent internal relationships. You will be a good communicator and have a history of outstanding customer service.
