Recruitment Coordinator role based in North Sydney

Your new company
This fast paced, dynamic and fun Hospitality company are looking for a Recruitment Support to come on board to assist with high volume recruitment.


Your new role
Your new role will be a recruitment supporting role across all areas of the recruitment lifecycle and duties will include but are not limited to preparation and posting of job advertisements, candidate screening, arranging interviews and reference checking. You will additionally be required to prepare employment contracts, certificates of employment and probation letters.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong HR and/or recruitment supporting knowledge and worked in a similar role as the one described above. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be effective with time management and be able to priorities your workload. Good knowledge of MS Office is ideal.
