Your new company
Your new company is a well recognised financial services company in Australia & New Zealand. Their Talent Acquisition team is going through a time of growth and with this comes a great opportunity for an experience recruiter to join their dynamic, hard working team.

Your new role
This position of Internal Recruiter will be a vital part of the recruitment and resource function and you will be responsible for recruiting across a varied portfolio of positions. Duties will include but are not limited to - taking detailed job briefs, writing & posting job ads, phone screening, developing a talent pool, arranging interviews, reference checking, liaising with Line Managers and managing agency relationships.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong recruitment background and have worked in a similar role. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be effective with time management and be able to prioritise your workload. Although this is a collaborative role, you will also be expected to work autonomously.
