Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created role will partner with senior stakeholders to understand and drive critical Human Capital related initiatives as part of a larger HR team.

You will lead the full talent management function of 6 which includes the talent acquisition team and the learning and development function.

Responsibilities will include; Talent identification, attraction (EVP), engagement, retention, capability building, leadership development and succession planning. This is strategic and operational remit, where you define and implement practical, pragmatic and effective solutions to enable and drive a high performance culture.

You, the successful candidate will be an experienced business savvy leader, with previous experience of managing a talent acquisition and learning and development function within a sales driven business.

You have experience working across a sales force in a sales, services or FMCG environment.

You are resilient, pragmatic, a self starter, commercially focused and able to deliver sustainable solutions and results quickly.

You will enjoy the challenge of enabling and creating a best in class talent and development function at this critical time.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills are key and you are able to inspire not only your team but the broader business when it comes to talent management.
