A fantastic opportunity for a driven HR professional with recruitment experience to excel in the Talent team within People & Capability. Your new company is well-established in the Finance industry and is looking for a Talent professional to join them in their Sydney CBD office.

Your new role
As a Talent Relationship and Diversity Partner you will be responsible for talent acquisition activities whilst partnering with recruiters through the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle. You will also play a key role in developing sourcing strategies and managing projects in areas such as, Talent Attraction, Diversity and Inclusion, Online Talent Management and Organisation Design. You will be participating and contributing your expertise to the improvement of the companies people management processes, implementation of talent attraction and other employment related matters. Additionally, you will guide business stakeholders in interpreting relevant legislation and policies.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, qualifications in Human Resources or Business Management would be advantageous. Along with this, you will have proven skills and experience in partnering with businesses in a Talent Acquisition / HR role. You will have previously managed initiatives and projects at a business level while having strong stakeholder management skills. Additionally, knowledge of legislative instruments and regulatory frameworks is essential to be able to ensure compliance with company standards. You will be a strong relationship builder, influencer and coach with a real passion for recruitment and projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to add value to current processes and influence a change that will benefit the business. Experience in a financial services organisation or professional services although not essential would be highly regarded.
