Training & Development Manager - job based in Sydney CBD - Work within L&D in a values-based NFP

Your new company
This long established not-for-profit organisation is passionate about delivering quality services and long term sustainability,and they put their customers at the heart of every decision. Based in the CBD they have created a new role as Training Manager to plan and organise leadership and management development programs to support the organisation's goals.

Your new role
Reporting into the GM HR you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning programs aligned to the organisation strategy and future workforce plans. You will engage with key stakeholders on training needs analysis and ensure training solutions address key learning needs. You will manage relationships with external providers, manage the LMS and organise and deliver training.


What you'll need to succeed
As a committed learning professional you will have significant experience in the L&D field including experience developing and delivering a training strategy. You will have designed and delivered leadership and management development programs and will be able to build effective relationships and influence at all levels. Most important is a real passion to be part of an organisation that makes a difference and the desire to utilise your innovative mindset and practical experience to support the organisation to achieve their learning goals.
