About the Role
This 8 month contract reports directly into Regional Transformation Director and is responsible for executing change management activities across a number of diverse projects which make up the transformation programme.  You will lead and execute the transformation agenda for the company focused on organisational and capabilities development to achieve business growth plans.  

 responsibilities include:
  • Manage key transformation projects and coordinate others, managing risks and opportunities associated with transformational change and business process re-engineering.
  • Provide advice on organisational and job design so that employee structure, culture and jobs facilitate change, recruitment and retention and the delivery and development of services. Proactive partnership with the Business to monitor and assess organisation capabilities and take action to deliver Strategic agenda.
  • Development of corporate workforce strategies, so that clear links are developed between service and employee resourcing plans to achieve priorities, and provide support to achieve corporate change programmes.
  • Building basic organisational development capability across all functions and specially for  Directors and HR Team

About You
We are seeking someone who comes from a change management/analyst background with experience managing multiple and diverse projects within a corporate environment.  
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have project experience, with the ability to work to plans, milestones, status reports and within a fast paced environment within undergoing significant change
