FIFO opportunity for an experienced blue collar recruiter on a 4:3 roster
This position has been created to complement the people and culture team supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for their blue-collar portfolio.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this position can be offered either on a residential basis or a 4:3 roster.
You will be responsible for managing the full end to end recruitment process using Success Factors for predominantly maintenance-based positions, liaising with labour-hire organisations to support short-term vacancies and manage the transition to permanent, and be proactive about your future talent pooling.
Based within the mining sector, our client is an owner/operator with a strong brand presence within their region. The people and culture team are passionate about their service delivery and are instrumental in driving professional development across the workforce, raising the capability of their leadership team and promoting a social safety culture.
To be successful in your application, you will possess current blue collar recruitment experience ideally from within the mining and resources sector, and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple roles, follow process and compliance, and build exceptional relationships with your hiring managers.
