12 month role for an experienced campus recruiter, with one of the best companies to work for in the world!

Your new company
This global tech giant is looking for a recruiter who has experience running graduate recruitment drives, to join their head office on a 12 month assignment. They are commonly voted as one of the best places in the world to work, and are looking for someone to represent that brand, and attract top candidates from the countries universities.

Your new role

  • As the Talent and Outreach Programs Specialist, you'll be responsible for building talent pipeline for their Sales organisation.
  • You will be designing and rolling out talent attraction programmes and internship programmes.
  • Guiding students through the hiring process
  • Preparing hiring managers for interviews
  • Will use analytics to make hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient

What you'll need to succeed
You must be both creative and driven, and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and line managers to make successful matches. You must be able to prioritise and work well in a fast paced environment. Experience with graduate/campus recruitment drives will be highly regarded. Must have PR or Citizenship/Unlimited working rights.
