Your new role
Working on a sensitive change matter, you will be tasked with but not limited to the following;

  • Reviewing position descriptions and reclassifying roles
  • Implementing recommendations of a change review relating to roles
  • Communicating changes with the wider organisation and key stakeholders
  • Managing risk at all stages
  • Supporting revision of induction processes

The roles you will be reviewing play an integral part in the Victorian Justice system.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have been involved in a previous change programme, with experience in the Victorian Government being an advantage. A background in HR, Change and Recruitment is necessary. Having worked on large complex change projects, you will have experience working in a community focused role. With an organised, sensitive and collaborative approach to work you will be an experienced Change Manager who can act in a standalone role. Strong communication both written and verbal is critical.


What you'll get in return
A full time role offering flexible working arrangements, with a highly competitive salary starting at $98k pa + super, with flexibility up to $150k depending on experience. Joining a high performing and experienced team, working on exciting change project. Based in Melbourne's CBD, you will join a team who are open to working from home options as well as flexible working hours. This role requires a candidate for full time 5 days a week.
