An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Compensation and Benefits Senior Advisor to join our high performing HR team!

Your Opportunity:

Our People are at the centre of What's Next and the Compensation & Benefits function is critical to help build a commercial awareness in the business, drive growth through reward and recognition, ensure adequate governance and create analytical reporting and analytics that streamlines decision making.

Reporting into the Head of HR ANZ with dotted line reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director APAC, you will be a vital member of the HR leadership team.

You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the compensation and benefits strategies across the business. Including, planning and administering compensation and benefits related activities, such as the annual merit review process, Annual Incentive Plans and profit share plans. In addition, you will provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team (2 direct reports), assisting in resolving any complex payroll matters.

You will be a strategic thinker and your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations, build strong relationships and influence positive change across the business.

You will also have:

  • Experience in remuneration management;
  • Knowledge and expertise on compensation trends, changes and laws within Australia;
  • Strong analytical, consulting, communication and presentation skills;
  • Understanding of effective business operations and strategy;
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a small team;
  • Payroll knowledge/experience and the ability to resolve complex payroll issues;
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or relevant Business field.
