Your new company

Your new company is a NFP located in North Sydney. They are looking for a Compliance Lead to join their team on a 3-month FTC basis that could turn into an ongoing role for the right candidate. 

Your new role

As the Compliance Lead, you will be reporting to the Head of Remunerations and Benefits.
Your mission will be ensuring that all the organisation's staff remain compliant with company standards, procedures and legislation throughout their tenure.
  • Owner of all personnel renewals for existing compliance checks such as NDIS, WWCC and Police Checks.
  • Working closely with TA and systems teams to ensure all personnel documentation is captured and tracked
  • Regular reporting on people-related compliance checks
  • POC for compliance checks follow-ups
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of compliance systems and updating processes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant experience in a similar role working with HR systems and managing compliance processes
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment, juggling different tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and focus
  • Experience using different HR Systems (Workday preferred but not essential) and spreadsheets to track information and pull relevant reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
