Your new company

Your new role
You will facilitate conversations with managers on industrial and employee relations matters; educating managers on processes, policies and legislative requirements. You will work with managers on performance related matters, change and the cultural direction of various areas of the business. There will be a significant requirement for you to work closely with unions and stakeholders across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an excellent understanding of workplace relations having worked on an array of different employee relations cases and unions. As a part of your experience, you will have completed conciliation's, negotiated with unions and understand the Fair Work process. Your approach will be to coach managers and get outcomes with excellent attention to detail. It is important that you are empathetic yet resilient and adaptable, someone who shows an excellent work ethic.
