A newly created opportunity for an engaging L&D Specialist to support and uplift levels of capability across the organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, this role is key in;

  • Designing, developing and facilitating Learning & Development strategies, projects and initiatives for internal stakeholders to enhance the capability and competency of employees.
  • Increasing management capability by facilitating interactive Leadership programs
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify training requirements and training needs
  • Management of the training management system and analysis of training data
  • Conducting ongoing training reviews, providing reports on progress and new training requirements
  • Optimising and improving processes and raising opportunities for improvement


  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Education and Adult Learning/Assessment
  • 5 years' experience in designing and facilitating highly engaging learning programs
  • Pragmatic, resilient and hands-on style with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • The ability to collaborate, influence and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to measure and assess staff training needs and requirements and identify skill gaps
