A great opportunity for a HR Coordinator to start in a 3 month ongoing role - WHVs accepted

Your new company

This organisation is based in the Sydney area, providing a first-class health service to some of Sydney's eastern suburbs. The facilities are second to none, close to public transport and have parking available onsite. A forward thinking working environment where everyone has a voice.

Your new role

You will be adopting the role of a HR Administrator, with your main responsibilities as follows:

* Supporting the recruitment team on generating letters of offer
* Arranging for appropriate visa documentation for onboarding
* Finalising and checking contracts for new starters
* Working in a small team, offering support on administrative tasks related to the day to day duties.
* Supporting other departments on relative policies and procedures for the onboarding process.

In order to succeed you will have 1-3 years' experience as a HR employee. You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent administrator, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
