HR Administrator for leave cover

Your new company
A not for profit organisation providing disability, aged and mental health support to clients across the metro area.

Your new role
Based east of Perth, this 6 week role is to cover a member of the Human Resources team during a period of leave. This position will be diverse, assisting with the likes of contracts and employee documentation, responding to incoming queries and providing advice / escalating issues to the relevant team members, and creating and analysing reports on employee data. You will assist with any other ad hoc duties that come through.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Human Resources professional with strong HRIS and data management skills as well as exceptional communication skills. You will be a confident self starter and have the ability to learn new processes quickly, as well as be willing to support the team where required.
