3 month temporary HR Advisor opportunity working fro a federal government agency in the CBD

Your new company
This federal government agency delivers a wide range of services and are looking to expand their HR team with a HR Advisor. This will be a temporary role for initially 3 months with a view to be ongoing.

Your new role
Reporting to the People Services Manager, this HR Advisor role will offer you the chance to assist the corporate services team with a number of generalist HR activities as well as manage a recruitment portfolio. The primary focus of the role will be to assist line managers with recruitment needs and manage end to end recruitment processes. This will include assisting with interview panels, formulating PD's and onboarding. The role will then involve some ad hoc HR responsibilities and assisting the HR Business Partners with HR queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in running recruitment process's and providing generalist HR support as well as providing managers with recruitment and HR advice. Your attention to detail, exceptional customer service, communication skills and problem-solving capabilities will be exercised throughout the duration of this role as well. You will ideally have previous recruitment experience in the government sector.
