A HR Partners exclusive opportunity has become available with one of Australia's leading legal firms. Classed as a Tier 1 firm and natural leader within the industry - their organisation is well respected, connected and holds firms in every state and territory of the country.

Due to their successes and growth, our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team situated in Melbourne's CBD.
As a truly hands on generalist position, this role will play a pivotal part in the firm's HR operations.. Partnering with Senior Advisors and key stakeholders, there is not only the opportunity to progress your career within this firm, but work closely with many other areas of the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations by providing HR advice, direction and consultation to the business
• Provide support and advice to managers on recruitment and acquisition within assigned business units
• Support managers with on-boarding, probation requirements and performance management
• Create and run HR policies and procedures
• Partner with the senior advisors and partners across all areas of HR including administration, learning and development plans, change management and HR project management

Key Requirements

• Previous HR Advisory experience working within a similar capacity is necessary
• Professional Services / Legal firm experience is highly regarded - but not essential
• Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills
