HR Advisor Role - Not For Profit - 12 Month FTC

  • Collingwood head office with travel required.

Your new company
A well established Not For Profit organisation that provides assistance for disadvantaged children and young people through out of home care services. The HR team is experiencing growth and looking for an Advisor to join the team at the head office and help manage the Western region of the business.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager of People & Culture, the role will have responsibilities such as;

  • Manage operational employment related issues with key stakeholders.
  • Provide advice, undertake investigations and support upskilling of line managers in a coaching capacity.
  • Assist with recruitment and employee compliance.
  • Work with the broader People & Culture team on improvement projects to improve employee experience or increase organisational capability.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Past success in a HR Advisor role with an appropriate HR Qualification (Preferred)
  • Experience across the full lifecycle of employment including award interpretation, employee relations, diversity and performance management.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with line managers partnered with excellent communication skills.
  • A full Victorian License (travel to various sites will be required) plus criminal and working with children check.
