Are you a HR coordinator looking for their rise into a HR Advisor role.
We are working with a valued company looking to grow their People & Culture team.Supporting the team on a range of people and culture related practices, policies, processes, and systems and providing end to end support on full employee life cycle.
Key responsibilities- Employment relations
- Remuneration and Benefits,
- Information management
- Reporting,
- Talent acquisition
- Onboarding & Off boarding
You will have
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and related employment legislation and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent relationship management
- Brilliant problem solving skills
