This professional services firm has an enviable reputation for service excellence. They are a large, national employer with in excess of 1,000 staff. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and actively seek to employ team players who desire to share knowledge throughout the function and raise the profile of HR within their portfolio. They are seeking to employ an experienced HR Advisor to partner with the business and assist in delivering the HR agenda locally as well as nationally.
As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, your main focus will be to manage the development and implementation of effective HR policies, practices and strategies. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- The roll out of strategic HR plans for the Brisbane office;
- Act as an advisor on people matters for partners and divisional leaders
- Manage induction, on boarding and employee life cycle processes
- Assist with rolling out L&D initiatives and ensure record collection of CLE / CPD
- Assist in the cyclical performance and remuneration review processes
- Assist Recruitment Manager with graduate and summer clerk programs
- Drive performance management for support staff
- Partner with business leaders to improve capability and align cultural values
- Work on local and national projects as defined;
- Develop relationships and communication pathways with peers interstate;
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and experienced HR professional with appropriate tertiary qualifications. Experience drawn from a consulting or professional services environment is preferred. Your relationship building and influencing skills will provide the platform for you to consolidate the people agenda in a business that values the human resources function.
