My client is a property management business with a clear vision of their purpose and value to their growing customer base.  Their external proposition is underpinned by a corporate vision that is sophisticated beyond the size of the organisation.   This newly created role oversees all day to day people issues and supports the Managing Director to embed their HR framework.

Working as key member of this small business responsibilities will include -
  • Talent Acquisition - including recruitment and selection for live vacancies as well as talent pooling for future needs. 
  • Generating HR documentation including employment contracts
  • EVP and Employer Brand
  • Remuneration - including STI calculation and salary benchmarking
  • Staff Development including induction / onboarding and performance appraisals
  • HR Policy and Process Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Vendor Management e.g. recruitment agencies
  • Ad hoc Office Management duties
To secure this role you will be a HR Generalist with 5+ years experience and you will have - 
  • Excellent local employment legislation knowledge
  • A proactive approach to talent acquisition
  • Strong commercial acumen allowing you to support a sales focused business
  • A practical approach with ability translate strategy into daily actions
  • An ability to coach senior manager to create a supportive coaching culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A versatile approach with an ability to deal with ambiguity
