HR Business Partner - North Ryde -Parking - Global Brand - Collaborative HR team. 12 month contract.

Your new company
A truly global corporate specialising the design and distribution of cutting edge technology and medical products, with a well established business in Australia and New Zealand. Working in a fast paced, best practice and collaborative People & Culture team in North Ryde, Sydney.

Your new role
Working as part of a team of 4 in HR in Sydney, you will be a true business partner for a white collar client group of 180 employees including Corporate functions, Medical, IT and Wholesale. Working with a high performing team of white collar professionals in Sydney, you will be responsible for all areas of HR including:

  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Recruitment and coaching leaders through recruitment process and onboarding
  • Performance reviews, talent development and capacity development
  • Employee relations and provided advice on employment legislation, HR policies
  • Performance management coaching and workplace issues
  • Engagement and culture
  • Leadership coaching
  • Additional duties may include HR reporting, payroll query management and delivery of HR project work as and when required.


What you'll need to succeed
As this is a 12 Month Contract Role, you will ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period. You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum two years experience at this level with own client group across states or ANZ. You will have experience of working in a similar matrix structure and must have exposure to working in professional services, technology, pharmaceutical, medical devices or sales focused environment. Experience working for a multinational or global HR environment would also be advantageous. This is a true HR generalist position. You will hold a Bachelor degree and be an HR Generalist with high calibre coaching skills. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills including partnering and working with senior leaders.
