Looking for an all-round generalist to work in a well-known Logistic and Supply Chain Company.

Your new company
Our client is a nationally recognised organisation that specialises in the Logistic and Supply Chain sector. Due to ongoing growth, they require an HR Coordinator in a permanent position.

Your new role
This is a generalist HR role which will include duties such as:

  • Recruiting support
  • Issuing contracts
  • Coordination of training
  • Assisting with performance management
  • Dealing with HR related queries
  • Training coordination
  • Assisting with the development of HR polices
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Ad-hoc administration


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail, good team player and excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of Australian labor laws
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience in a similar role coordinating the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • A "can-do" attitude and professional approach to deliver high quality work
  • Payroll experience would be a bonus but not essential
