Part time HR Manager role leading a team of HR professionals and designing and delivering HR initiatives.

Your new company

Due to continued growth and diversification of the business there is an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join their team on an initial part time basis working up to three days a week or equivalent hours.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director for Australia and South Asia you will be responsible for designing and delivering human resources initiatives for the organization and implementing HR policies and procedures to achieve business objectives. This is a generalist HR role where you will work at the strategic and operational level managing HR projects across areas such as industrial relations, organizational development and cultural change. Once you are embedded in the business you will manage a team of three direct reports ensuring they are coached and mentored to achieve their maximum potential. This role would suit a motivated HR professional who is looking for career development as there is the opportunity to progress your career to higher levels in the future.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR generalist experience at either the Business Partner or Manager level, ideally from an industrial environment with exposure to professional design and engineering functions. You will have exceptional industrial relations skills together with the ability to design and deliver organizational development and culture change initiatives which increase employee engagement and align to the overall business strategy. You will have excellent stakeholder and project management skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of a business. You will be highly motivated with a proactive approach to developing your skills and progressing your HR career.
