Well known Not-for-Profit Organisation seeking a HR Manager for permanent position

Reporting to the Deputy CEO (General Manager - Strategy, Operations and State and Territory Relations), the successful candidate will be an astute HR professional, who is commercially minded and seeking to join a team of high performers who strive to deliver timely and effective results.

Your new role
The HR manager will work across the organisation to help other managers identify resource allocation issues, leave management, occupational health and safety issues and staff training and produce and submit reports on general HR activity and HR analytics to inform the business.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources of equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources functions within an organisation.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
