HR Partners is working with a fantastic Australian family owned business, who is currently looking for a HR coordinator/officer to join a small but high performing HR function in Sydney's South West.

About the team:

Under the mentorship of an exceptional HR Manager, you will become the face of the People Services function, and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to resolve and overcome issues that come up over the employment life-cycle.

Your Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal Recruitment: posting of adverts, shortlisting, screening and coordinating interviews
  • Management of confidential information: contract variations, disciplinary documentation, performance improvement documentation etc.
  • Management of the HR database
  • Employee on boarding, holding in-person inductions
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Ad-hoc HR projects and act in line with continuous improvement principles

To be successful, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a HR administrator/coordinator
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Friendly and positive approach to your practice as a HR professional
