HR Systems Advisor - Not For Profit

  • Fixed Term 12 month contract
  • Experience in Mercury or Pay Global
  • Expanding Aged Care provider.

Your new company
Centrally located, this growing Not For Profit organisation is looking for an experienced HR Systems Advisor for a 12 month contract. This organisation is a leading provider of residential and community aged care centres, retirement living and transitional care, with over 2500 employees.

Your new role
Reporting into the General Manager of People Services this role will involve a range of responsibilities:

  • Maintain and actively improve HR systems to ensure they meet data integrity standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR reporting and analysis for the organisation.
  • Provide excellence in customer service and act as the key contact point got HR system issues and system reporting requests.
  • Work in collaboration with the wider organisation, especially IT and Systems, to manage the flow of people data between multiple HR systems and other organisational systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience administering and maintaining an HRIS database.
  • Experience and expertise in interpretation of awards and agreements particularly to the Aged Care sector.
  • Generalist HR skills and experience (desirable)
