Your new company
A well-known public-sector company is looking to recruit a HR Business Systems Data Analytics Manager to join the team to cover a period of parental leave. Working within a friendly and supportive team this role is responsible for reporting and analytics of workforce data and administration of the HRIS. This role will be based in the inner eastern suburbs but some travel to other locations will be required.

Your new role
This is a 10-month fixed term parental leave cover joining the wider HR Services team. This role will involve reporting on workforce data and people metrics and analysing this data to provide accurate reports and information to senior stakeholders. You will also generate reports to provide insights and assist with workforce planning projects. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure all system upgrades and changes are implemented and services delivered. You will report into the HR Director and manage one consultant, working within a friendly and supportive HR Services team. You will be based in the inner eastern suburbs but some travel to other locations across Melbourne and wider Victoria will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and experience managing vendor relationships. You will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will have experience working on HRIS projects and reporting on workforce data and analytics. You will have a strong knowledge of HR practices and will have worked within a HR environment in the past. You will have experience in a people management role and will be a hardworking team player who is willing to support others. You will require a valid WWCC and Police Check.
