Exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity leading, managing and streamlining their HRIS platform (Dayforce).
Your new company
Based in Melbourne's inner southeast, this organisation is seeking a HRIS Administrator on a 12 month fixed-term basis to lead and streamline their HRIS platform (Dayforce) while also managing day-to-day usability to ensure a user-friendly experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, and/ or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience implementing and/ or managing HRIS platforms across diverse sectors
- Proven track record consulting with different business units on a variety of HRIS pain points to ensure improved user experience
- Previous experience using Dayforce/ Ceridian (HRIS) is preferred and highly regarded, however not essential
- Strong understanding of HR environments, including HR best practice and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) is an advantage
