Join a respected and ethical financial services business that has come out of the Royal Commission with it's reputation entirely intact.  Following some recent changes within the organisation a new HR model is about to be established resulting in a newly created client facing generalist position.

The role has best of both worlds - autonomy to consult with internal clients to create bespoke solutions but also the expertise and support of a team of specialists.  A key focus of the role will to be support your internal clients to create and 'performance edge' in their teams.

You will be one of a team of HRBP's offering a high level of service to your client group, supported by an excellent ratio of HR staff to overall employee numbers.  The generalist areas covered in this role include Remuneration, Culture & Engagement, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.  

The position has exposure to senior stakeholder so requires 'executive presence' and a level of confidence that creates credibility.  Other personal qualities on the wish list include -

Financial Services experience would be well received but other sectors background candidates are very welcome to show an interest.  Depth of knowledge in ER is also highly desirable.
