HR Manager role is based in Sydney CBD with a salary of up to $120k plus super, full-time in the office.
Your new company
An iconic hospitality brand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position with no work-from-home option. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational HR functions and supporting the HR team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, this is a hands-on leadership role managing HR, recruitment, and training functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR support.

Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with HIGA.

Lead the implementation of a new HRIS system.

Partner with department heads and operations teams to drive HR initiatives.

Coach and support the HR team, including L&D, HR Advisor, and Coordinator.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as an HR Manager within hospitality, ideally luxury hotels.

Strong understanding of HIGA and IR management (essential).

Experience implementing HR systems and driving process improvements.

Ability to manage complex conversations and influence stakeholders.
