Permanent Part Time Recruiter role in eastern suburbs - approx. 3 days per week

Your new company
Our client is an industry leader over the last 20 years, providing safety services to a wide range of industries. The organisation is growing and requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end to end recruitment function on a permanent part time basis. The role is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead the recruitment function and be involved with the end to end recruitment of mostly blue-collar operational roles. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with line managers to provide recruitment advice and support, whilst also implementing effective and efficient recruitment strategies to improve performance. You will source candidates from a variety of innovative methods and bring the very best talent into the business. The successful candidate will also work with the HR Manager on some key HR generalist projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced end to end recruiter, ideally with exposure in blue collar roles. You will have expertise in competency based interviewing techniques and other key selection methods. The right candidate will have the ability to source talent from a variety of methods including social media. You will be a confident and friendly communicator, with the ability to quickly build relationships in the team. You will enjoy a fast paced, hardworking and hands-on environment.
