Our client, a Government Department located in the Melbourne CBD are currently looking for a Learning and development coordinator to join their team. In this 9 month fix-term opportunity, you will be part of a highly respected and professional organisation. They allow you to apply your knowledge while offering opportunities for professional growth.

Currently we are recruiting for a L&D coordinator to assist with all LMS queries that are assigned from the broader business. You will be working within a team of three. You will be solving, introduce and mentor current staff around the LMS.

Your responsibilities will include

  • L&D Administration
  • Assist staff to meet their scheduling, enrolments and reporting needs
  • Process and manage enrolments and reports for training initiatives
  • Maintaining and management of training database
  • Processing training registrations
  • Lead and coordination of further L&D initiatives aligned to the achievement of organisational objectives.

You will have demonstrated abilities to work closely with a diverse group of people, a strong customer service ethic and HR administrative skills. Previous experience working in Training administration involving a Learning Management System is highly desired.
