Aged Care Learning and Development Facilitator Job in Melbourne Inner East

L&D Facilitator.

End of April Start - Learning and Development Facilitation role - 8 to 12 week assignment.

  • End of April start.
  • $45 to $50 + super per hour.
  • Train hiring managers in a new staffing software.

Your new company
An exceptional Not For Profit Aged Care provider based in Richmond. The HR team is currently going through a transition period are looking for two L&D facilitators to roll out the training and implementation of a new software package to the hiring managers of various departments.

Your new role Reporting to the HR Services Manager and consulting with senior stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of challenges;

  • You will be training and implementing the rollout of eRecruit software to the hiring managers across the entire Victorian team.
  • There will be four different training sites that you will need to travel to. You will most likely be stationed at one site per day.
  • Training sessions are planned from 13 May through to 24 May and then we will provide ad hoc training and support to managers that may need it or missed attending a training session during the 2 week period. This will probably go for the month of June as a minimum.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You must be a Cert IV qualified trainer to apply for this role, who has had experience delivering systems training,
  • Have had experience delivering systems training and implementation.
  • Have the flexibility to provide training and support to the hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with the eRecruit system will be favourable.
  • Full drivers license for potential pool car travel.
